Analytics privacy

Analytics is optional. If analytics is activated and you accept it, Google Analytics receives information about page visits, room views and selections, call and WhatsApp clicks, enquiry starts, validation-error counts and accepted contact enquiries. A click or WhatsApp handoff is not proof of a sent message or a confirmed reservation.

We exclude form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, travel dates, messages, security tokens and WhatsApp enquiry-message URLs from analytics payloads. Page addresses are restricted to recognised website paths and validated room IDs; only explicitly approved, non-personal campaign labels are used. External referring-page addresses are omitted.

No Google Analytics tag is loaded before you accept. Choose Reject analytics to keep it off, or use Analytics choices in the footer to withdraw later. Withdrawal stops new analytics events and tries to remove this integration's standard analytics cookies. Browser restrictions or different cookie scopes may prevent removal; you can clear remaining cookies using your browser's site-data controls. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent. No reload is needed on this page; reload any other open Beeza tabs if your browser does not share storage updates.

Your analytics choice is saved in this browser's local storage. If storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies after acceptance and activation. Rejecting analytics does not affect room browsing, forms, calls or WhatsApp.

When analytics is active, requests to Google also carry technical information such as your browser information and IP address. The exclusions above concern the website information we add to analytics events.
